What is LOHA Online Coaching?
Online Coaching is an optional, therapist-led group session offered after you complete activities on the platform. These sessions are designed to help you reflect and ask questions in a safe space.
How does Online Coaching work?
Once you finish an activity, you’ll have the option to book a group coaching session with a qualified therapist. Sessions are run securely via Zoom or browser-based video chat and typically last around 10 minutes.
Is Online Coaching anonymous?
Yes. You can join coaching sessions without showing your video or sharing personal information. All you need is your email and booking confirmation—no other data is required.
Do I have to complete an activity before coaching?
You can book online coaching at the end of each activity.
Who leads the coaching sessions?
All sessions are facilitated by qualified, LOHA-trained therapists with experience in family relationship therapy, trauma-informed care, and adolescent mental health.
How do I book a coaching session?
After completing an activity, you’ll be prompted to book a session if you’d like.
