What is the LOHA Platform?
LOHA is the first digitised family relationship platform designed to help parents and carers build stronger, more supportive connections with their teenagers. It delivers guided activities and programmes that develop trust, resilience, understanding, and empathy—key building blocks for improved family mental wellbeing.
Who is LOHA for?
LOHA supports parents and carers of young people aged 10–19. It's ideal for anyone seeking practical, digital tools to strengthen everyday family relationships and support emotional wellbeing.
LOHA is for everyone passionate about supporting families through life’s ups and downs. Alongside parents and carers, we actively partner with companies, health insurers, schools, the NHS, and professionals working with families to create positive change for young people.
Our platform adapts easily to a variety of settings, empowering organisations to offer evidence-based family wellbeing support that fits seamlessly alongside their existing services or supporting their staff. As we bring families together on one trusted platform, LOHA helps strengthen whole communities and makes it easier for every young person and the adults around them to thrive.
What does the platform provide?
You’ll have access to 12 flexible programmes and 38 carefully designed activities, all created to support families as they navigate the challenges of raising teenagers. From building trust and communication to tackling topics like anxiety, transitions, self-esteem, and sensitive conversations, LOHA’s evidence-based resources empower you to strengthen relationships and find positive ways forward together. Whether you’re looking for everyday support or guidance through specific family situations, there’s a programme and activity to help every step of the way.
What makes LOHA different from other mental health platforms?
Unlike CBT-focused apps or one-2-one support, LOHA uses a relational, trauma-informed approach focused on strengthening parent–teen connection. These therapeutic interactions are delivered through conversational, creative activities that families can complete together at home.
Why does LOHA focus on family relationships?
Research and real-world experience show that the quality of family relationships has a direct impact on young people’s mental health. Stronger emotional bonds reduce mental health risks and support long-term wellbeing.
How many activities does LOHA offer?
The platform offers 50 interactive programmes and activities, covering themes such as communication, managing stress, anxiety, navigating school challenges, and building emotional resilience.
